"Where to even start -- after 20 years working with just about every major insurance carrier -- I can say unequivocally that Ken Wells and his office is worlds better and blows everyone else out of the water. Mayhem, gecko, ducks and flo don't hold a candle. Ken has stood up for us and gone to bat for us on numerous situations, many of which I found out after the fact when I reached out to his office with concerns. Only to find that he had already proactively driven to our properties, called adjusters, written correspondence on our behalf, etc. all without request from us -- completely proactively. His office employees are knowledgeable, consistent (in all ways, especially kindness), caring and look out for our best interest. I have only had wonderful experiences with all of them with whom I've interacted. If you're on the fence with insurance, look no further than Ken Wells. Not only was pricing the best around, but the service is beyond anything you could expect. I would worry about setting too high of a bar, but these guys knock it out of the park consistently, time and time again. Only wish I had found them decades ago!"

Lee, Ken, and Nathan were extremely unprofessional, rude, and spoke in a condescending manner the entire time. What should have been a simple request for an explanation and paper copies of renewal documents turned into complete chaos. They continuously shifted blame from one person to another, with zero accountability.
When asked about claims they said were paid or in progress, they couldn’t provide clear answers or even explain what they were referring to. It was obvious there is no organization, no communication, and no respect for customers.
Even more concerning, they took advantage of an elderly disabled individual who has a language barrier. Instead of being patient and helpful, they handled the situation poorly and unfairly, which is completely unacceptable.
This is one of the most unprofessional and disorganized businesses I’ve dealt with. Stay far away from this location. Save your time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually values its customers."

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ken Wells State Farm. Throughout an incredibly stressful and prolonged home restoration process, Hugo, Ken, and the entire team provided unparalleled support, professionalism, and kindness.
A special thank you to Hugo, who truly went above and beyond in advocating for me when I felt completely powerless. I was dealing with an extremely difficult State Farm claims adjuster (Tiffany)—who does not work for this local office but is part of the larger State Farm organization—and she caused me significant harm by making decisions that disregarded my well-being, dismissing critical concerns, and creating additional obstacles instead of helping. The stress and frustration she caused me were overwhelming, but Hugo and Ken stepped in to fight for me when I had no voice.
Despite having no direct control over the claims process, Hugo worked tirelessly to ensure I wasn’t left without options. His advocacy, persistence, and genuine care for my situation made an enormous difference. Ken was also incredibly supportive, offering guidance, answering my questions, and making sure I felt heard. Every time I called, I was met with compassion, understanding, and real effort to help me navigate a difficult situation.
Unlike Tiffany, who made things harder, Hugo, Ken, and the entire local State Farm team fought for me. They made sure I got the help I needed when I felt abandoned by the larger claims system. Their integrity, dedication, and personal attention to their clients set the gold standard for customer service.
Because of their unwavering support, I will be a lifelong State Farm customer through this local office. If you’re looking for an insurance agency that truly cares, this is the one to go to.
